Our work, shown on practices we invented.

We keep client work out of our marketing. So we invented three therapy practices and did the work for them instead.

Alder Lane Counselling

Harbourside Therapy Rooms

Clear Path CBT

Alder Lane Counselling · Leeds

One counsellor, online and in Headingley. Her posts read the way she talks.

Harbourside Therapy Rooms · Bristol

Six therapists sharing one set of rooms. The posts read like a magazine.

Clear Path CBT · Online

CBT only, by video, in blocks of six. The posts explain CBT one step at a time.

The rules we kept to

  • No one poses as a client. The therapists appear as themselves, and that's all.
  • No client stories and no client quotes, with or without permission.
  • Nothing that promises therapy will fix anything.
  • Nothing that reads as a diagnosis, or as clinical advice to someone the therapist has never met.
  • One idea per post.
  • Fees, session length and availability are always on the page, because that's what people look for.
  • A pace the practice can keep. Twice a week for two years is worth more than every day for six weeks.

One clip, one line.

A real clip on a loop, a line of text on top and a calm track underneath. Simple enough to keep up every week.
