Who we are

Couch Creatives is a three-person marketing team for therapy and counselling practices, based in Davao City, Philippines. You can reach us at hello@couchcreatives.com.

Using this site

By using couchcreatives.com you accept these terms. The site is provided for information. Please don't try to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that slows it for others, or misrepresent yourself when contacting us.

The free audit

The audit is free and carries no obligation. It has two parts: seven questions on this site, which show where we would look first, and a written breakdown sent to the email address you give us.

What we commit to: a person reads your answers, looks at your website and writes the breakdown. If our view is that you don't need us yet, we will say so.

What we don't commit to: a delivery deadline. We may decline or delay a request if we are at capacity, can't reach your website, or can't usefully help. We'll tell you if so.

The on-screen result is provisional. It comes from your answers alone, and the written breakdown may reach a different conclusion. The breakdown is the considered version.

No guaranteed outcomes

We don't promise client numbers, enquiry volumes, search rankings or a place in AI-generated answers. They depend on search engines, AI systems, other practices and your own work, none of which we control. We commit to the work we control.

Not clinical, legal or financial advice

We're marketers. Nothing on this site or in an audit is clinical, legal, accounting or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for how your practice meets the rules that apply to it, including your professional body's code on how you advertise and describe your qualifications.

Anything we write that describes your clinical work comes to you for approval before it goes live.

Who owns what

This site, its copy and its design are ours. The breakdown we send you is yours to use inside your practice. Please don't republish it as your own analysis.

Your name, content and website stay yours. Sending us your website for an audit lets us review it for the breakdown, and nothing more. We don't publish your audit or name you as a client without asking first.

Paid work

• Before you pay, you get a written scope: what we'll deliver, by when, and what we don't control
• Monthly work runs month to month. No minimum term and no exit fee: stop at the end of any month
• Your domain and database are billed at cost and registered in your name, so they leave with you if you leave
• Prices are in pounds sterling. Prices on this site are starting prices, not an offer to contract. Your exact price comes with your audit results
• Ownership of the work we make for you passes to you once it has been paid for in full

Third-party links

We link to outside sites and tools we think are useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they do.

Liability

The site and the free audit are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them, and our total liability for the free audit is limited to what you paid for it, which is nothing. Liability for paid work is set out in its written scope. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means the updated terms apply.
